Please be advised  that payment for Online tickets purchased  with credit cards is only allowed if the card holder is the traveler or the card holder is travelling with the person(s) that he/she has paid for.

Passengers are required to bring the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) with their travel documents to the airport on the date of departure,  as it is required for verification.

Air Namibia  accepts credit  cards only when they are branded as Visa or  MasterCard .

Failure to present the credit card used as per above directive on verification process, will result in the airline cancelling the related booking(s). Boarding will be denied and  funds will  be  Refunded back to the original credit card that was used for the transaction.

Please Note: Tickets booked cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded, without presenting the credit card used in the original transaction.
