If you choose to pay by credit card, your e-ticket will be sent to the email address used when booking online.

Paying  by cash can only be done when you come into our Reservations/Town office directly, where your ticket will be issued to you upon payment.

You can reschedule your booking by contacting our reservations office or contacting your local Air Namibia office or write to us at contact@airnamibia.com.

Note that a penalty fee may be charged for rescheduling of flights, depending on your fare option.

Yes, you can get an e-ticket when you book on our website.

Yes, your booking confirmation will indicate the class you are booked in.

You can access all the fares by going to our booking engine from our homepage, or by clicking “Make a Booking” button at the top.

Select the departure and destination cities from the booking section, select a date and click search. The new fare calendar display will show all available fares for that period.

Reservations for Unaccompanied minors cannot be booked online. Please contact the Call Centre for more information

You cannot cancel your bookings online once it has been confirmed.  However, you can call our reservations office or visit your local Air Namibia office or write us at contact@airnamibia.com for cancellations.
