Air Namibia strongly suggests that return or continuing flights be reconfirmed at destination or stopover points.

Airlines do experience last minute delays and flight cancellations due to inclement weather, equipment problems and air traffic delays.

Rail & Fly is a feeder service offered by AIR NAMIBIA in conjunction with the German rail service (Deutsche Bahn AG) which can be purchased in combination with your intercontinental air ticket and facilitates travel between Frankfurt Airport and all destinations in Germany served by Deutsche Bahn.

When booking a flight with AIR NAMIBIA you can request a seat. When you are making use of a travel agent, or have not made a seat reservation at an AIR NAMIBIA office, you are able to do this up to 72 hours before you planned departure.

Bookings for children under the age of 2 years not occupying a seat get a 90% discount off the applicable adult fare. Children between the ages of 2 and 11 years generally receive a discount of 33% of the applicable adult fare and qualify for a seat.
